Rules

Everyone wants to have a good time, however there are some respectable guidelines and common sense rules that are in place for your safety. Please read below and if you have any questions you may simply Contact Us

  • 21 and Over to camp or attend. Including day passes. All IDs are checked.
  • Quiet Hours Midnight-ish to 9am - Please no loud music or sub-woofers after Pavilion shuts down.
  • Glass bottles have be in a tent or in a vehicle.
  • Leave no trace. Pack out more than you packed in. Dumpsters are available. Please keep area clean.
  • No liquor bottles may be outside your tent or RV, nor visible from the outside of your unit. This is a state park rule, not ours.
  • Don't leave camp after you are drunk, they will give you a DUI and practice safe boating please.
  • You might want to check out your neighbors before you set up. Some people retire early and some hoot and holler all night. We have designated quiet areas. Please request this information at camp registration, before you set up your camp. Do not camp in the party pavilion loop if you want quiet. Sites 1-14 are quieter, up by the baseball diamond is the quietest. By camping with us you acknowledge and accept that there are parties that go till 1am, including but not limited: DJ’s playing loud music, Drag Queens telling tacky and possible rude or offensive jokes, Emcees hosting shows an crowds cheering on the participants. If this is unacceptable to you, there are other campsites in the state park that may be better suited for you. We are only saying this, because per the park, 99% of all noise ordinance complaints have originated from campers with our group.
  • We ask that if you bring dogs, you take care of them and KEEP THEM ON A LEASH. We love dogs but no one likes a yappy neighbor while daddy has gone to play. No matter how messed up you get, they are your responsibility, including their droppings in the camp area.
  • We also frown on sober alcoholics, who have a problem with partying and/or straight people who aren't as cool as you thought there were.
  • Do not call 911 except for medical emergency. In the rare chance there is a fight or any other issue, come find one of the camp elders. We have to police ourselves, so that we do not have issues with obtaining a campsite in the future.
  • Nudity is not allowed in the campground per park rules.
  • This is an Adult Gay Men's Campout. With few lesbians, and I think one straight chick, maybe two.
  • If you show up in your Prada shoes and get them dirty, it's your own fault. You are camping! Do not expect the Waldorf-Astoria, or even Habana Inn, cause this ain't it. But it is and can be a blast! We welcome everyone to come play with us, if they can handle it.
  • Unruly, belligerent campers will be gladly removed for the safety of other campers; either on their own accord thru our request, or if not via the park rangers. The campout is not in a public area and we do reserve the right to refuse service to disorderly campers for the safety of other campers and for an enjoyable campout for all. PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY.
